Taru in Poona, India Here I am in my 30s in my dorm at an ashram in Poona, India. This is one chapter in a long life that I want to remember as it was life-altering. There will be more about this in a forthcoming story.

 

Short & Sweet

I have to admit that I am struggling to write today. I have been feeling the pressure I put on myself to be completely and perfectly prepared for my group coaching program that launches on February 1st. I thought I had gotten off the " I must be perfect" train but it seems I still have vestiges of perfectionism hanging out. I might not feel so stressed if I didn't have so many other things to do that are also important...and stress can make one forgetful as we age. This makes it even more difficult to focus.

 So, my darling readers, I am off to meditate and reflect on my priorities and then create a plan of how to do what needs doing while still "being".
