Here I am in my 30s in my dorm at an ashram in Poona, India. This is one chapter in a long life that I want to remember as it was life-altering. There will be more about this in a forthcoming story.
Short & Sweet
I have to admit that I am struggling to write today. I have been feeling the pressure I put on myself to be completely and perfectly prepared for my group coaching program that launches on February 1st. I thought I had gotten off the " I must be perfect" train but it seems I still have vestiges of perfectionism hanging out. I might not feel so stressed if I didn't have so many other things to do that are also important...and stress can make one forgetful as we age. This makes it even more difficult to focus.
