Fitness Studio LLC/Seasons of Life Coaching, represented by Jean-Anne Taru Fisher, Certified NLP Health Practitioner, NLP Coach and Healer Certified Medical Cannabis Wellness Advisor, provides educational services that include sharing specialized knowledge of Medical Cannabis with Medical Cannabis Cardholders and other law-abiding consumers to help them make more informed choices about cannabis-use methodologies ("Services").

All Information received from the Client recipient of said Services will remain strictly confidential between the Client and Jean-Anne Taru Fisher.
Any agreements between Jean-Anne Taru Fisher and Alive! Fitness Studio, LLC/Seasons of Life Coaching and its affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, agents, directors, and officers (affiliate parties) and you, DO NOT create a doctor-patient relationship between you, Jean-Anne Taru Fisher, Alive! Fitness Studio, LLC/Seasons of Life Coaching, affiliate parties, and/or any of your physicians.

THE OPTIMAL EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE
This Cannabis education includes a minimum of 2.5 hours: an initial 30-minute interview at the beginning, 1+ hours of research, and a 30-minute session to present research results and recommendations, as well as a 15-minute check-in after one month. These are online sessions via Zoom,

PRIVATE CLIENT ACCESS
Everything we will use in this educational /coaching experience (forms, schedules, documents, resources, etc.) will all be housed conveniently on a secured and confidential "Private Client Website." Upon enrolling for the educational/coaching experience, you will be given a unique username and password. At your convenience, you may access this "Private Client Website" area to access, review, and/or update the forms, documents, resources, etc., that we'll be using during the educational process. I will provide you with the access information and further instructions once we begin.
Through this Private Client Website, you will have access to me via email and a Client Log tool so that if you have questions, I am available to you.
THE SYSTEM OF CONFIDENTIALITY
The Coach represents, warrants, and agrees as follows:
All Information provided by the Client to the Educator/Coach during the course of the educational/coaching relationship will be deemed "Confidential Information" and kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Educator/Coach will not disclose any verbal or written communications that have taken place between the Educator/Coach and the Client or about this Agreement without the Client's prior written consent.
This confidentiality restriction also applies to testimonials, which the Educator/Coach may use for promotional reasons only with the Client's consent. The Client may request anonymity in connection with any testimonials to be used.
Notwithstanding the preceding, "Confidential Information" does not include Information that is:
(a) publicly disclosed by the Client either before or subsequent to the receipt by the Educator/Coach of such Information, or
(b) independently developed by the Educator/Coach without any access to Confidential Information, or
(c) rightfully obtained by the Educator/Coach from a third party lawfully possessing Confidential Information who is not bound by confidentiality obligations to the Client.
The Educator/Coach may disclose Confidential Information if required to do so under applicable law, rule, or order, provided that the Educator/Coach, where reasonably practicable and to the extent legally permissible, provides the Client with prior written notice of the required disclosure. The Educator/Coach will return, or at the Client's request, destroy all copies of the Confidential Information in the Educator/Coach's possession or control upon termination of this Agreement.
THE SYSTEM OF MONEY: Single Payment
Our educational/coaching agreement total is $250 (plus New Mexico sales tax) and is due at the beginning of our educational/coaching agreement.
The single payment can be made by either check, credit card, or cash.
